Nissei ASB demonstrated its “Zero Cooling” advanced molding technology, utilizing the compact ASB-12M v2 one-step ISBM machine model that also features the company’s enhanced output & advanced “Vision1” control system.
The below product was demonstrated using standard grades of PET resin to highlight the impact of Zero Cooling on quality and productivity improvements.
667ml water bottle at 47 grams with 38mm neck, molded in 3 cavities at a cycle time of 17 sec. using the long stroke injection unit and extended injection clamp daylight options.
