Preform Molding: PM-N Series

New system realizes high stability production and high volume efficiency.

The PM-N series uses high speed vertical injection clamping mechanism to provide minimal dry-cycle time while producing high quality molded preforms.
Machine size is compact and energy consumption is decreased. Mold changeover is simplified by refinement of the mold stucture.


Neck crystallization: CM Series

High precision neck crystallization machine.

Where hot filling temperatures reach the limits of amorphous PET, crystallization of the preform neck provides ultimate integrity of the seal with the cap.
To answer this need, Nissei ASB provides a perfectly matched soution in the shape of the CM Series neck crystallizer machines. The process is carried out using minimal space and energy while maintaining excellent neck precision.


Heat-resistant bottle production: HSB Series

High quality, high volume heat resistant bottle blow molding.

The preforms supplied from the previous process are fed into the reheating unit where they are rotated and their vertical temperature profile is adjusted. The heated preforms are blown oversize into the heated primary blow mold then transferred to the final mold where heat setting is concluded.
An outstanding advantage of the HSB system is the double blow heat processing, by dividing the operation into two stages, the machine cycle time is not sacrificed and high-temperature uniform heat conditioning can be achieved. Bottles manufactured by the ASB double blow method have exceptional crystal density and quality enabling production of the highest heat resistant bottles available in the industry.
